This item is sold in the Ohio Turnpike & Infrastructure Commission Auction Marketplace
4 Room; Trailer Dimensions: 46'L x 11'-10"W x 9'-3"H; approx 12ft H ground to roof. Air conditioning unit is not confirmed to be in good working order. Tires are weather checked, some are deflated and all tires should be considered to be in poor condition. Taillights may not work and are missing lens covers. Trailer includes: metal steps. The hitch of the trailer has a bend in the frame and should be inspected by interested buyers.

The trailer sustained wind damage to portions of the siding as shown in the photos. Buyer should be prepared to make proper removal arrangements due to trailer size and tire condition.
As is, Where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer.

You must call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup and for directions to location of trailer.
Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the auction date, the item will be considered abandoned and disposed of or re-sold by the Seller. All abandonments are non-refundable.
Items auctioned are for pickup only.
Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
Employees may not aid in the removal process.
No exceptions will be considered.
