This item is sold in the Commonwealth of PA: DGS Warehouse Marketplace
As Is, Where Is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer. No inquiries. Buyer must attend inspection to assess.
Inspection: No appointment necessary. Inspections hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00AM - 11:00AM and 1:00PM - 2:00PM, except State Holidays.
Inspection Location: Commonwealth of PA, DGS Warehouse - 2221 Forster St., Harrisburg, PA 17125
Removal Note: You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pick up and the entire lot must be picked up at one time - NO partial removals. A HARD COPY of the Item Release Form MUST be presented to the storage location at the time of removal. No exceptions. The removal deadline is ten (10) calendar days from the SALE DATE.

Pickup Address: 2045 Briggs Street, Harrisburg, PA 17125 - Mon-Fri 8AM-2PM sharp; You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pick up and the entire lot must be picked up at one time - NO partial removals. A HARD COPY OF THE RELEASE FORM MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE STORAGE LOCATION AT THE TIME REMOVAL. No exceptions! ALL ITEMS must be removed within 10 days from the SALE DATE or storage fees will be assessed at $50/day. Items are sold as-is, where-is; NO disassembly or disposal permitted at the location.
- Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the auction date, the item will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the Commonwealth of PA. All abandonments are non-refundable.
- Buyer is required to remove ALL purchased items from the seller’s location by the removal deadline. Failure to do so may result in the buyer being assessed fees in the amount of $50.00 (USD) per day by the Seller and/or the Company. Any storage fees owed must be paid directly by the buyer and are the buyer's sole responsibility. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are considered forfeiture.
- Items auctioned are for pickup only.
- Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
- Employees may not aid in the removal process.
- No exceptions will be considered.
