This item is sold in the Commonwealth of PA: PennDOT Right of Way Marketplace
The item(s) are part of a property acquisition and no additional details can be provided. The vehicles ran at the time of possession but have been sitting idle for approximately seven months. The mileage was taken at the time of valuation and will be greater than the mileage listed. Current mileage is unknown/not confirmed and buyers are strongly encouraged to attend inspection.
Winning Buyer will need to be prepared to boost and/or replace batteries to start vehicles. There is no electricity or plumbing on site. The fencing is NOT included. Buyer must attend inspection to assess the condition. One vehicle has a flat tire and another has a large metal box placed on top of the ladder rack with the forklift. Another truck has a broken windshield. All items are sold as Is, Where Is and with all faults. Inspection Is the responsibility of the Buyer.

- Contents of Machine Shop including: Benders, Crimpers, Cleat Formers, Air Compressor, and Other Shop Equipment and Tools, Work Benches, Job Boxes, Metal Sheeting and Coils, Metal Scaffolding, Ladders and Other Equipment
- Hot Tar Machine, Fork Lift, John Deer Tractor, and Honda and Ryobi Generators
- Inventory of Roofing Materials and Supplies, Plotter, Office Furniture and Equipment

Vehicles: Specific Removal Date Applies: Removal is by appointment ONLY on January 12, 2018. Vehicles must be removed prior to surplus items.

Removal Note: Buyer must bring valid photo ID at the time of removal along with a hard copy of the item release form. Buyer is responsible for ALL removal related equipment and requirements. There is no loading assistance or assistance to move or dismantle items available at this location. The vehicles will have to be removed before building access to other items in this lot.
All vehicles are sold with titles. The Winning Buyer will need to contact GovPlanet Customer Service at the close of the sale to provide titling details at customerservice@govplanet.com. Please note the license plates will have been removed and there will be no license plates available for issue at the site.

Buyer must bring valid photo ID at the time of removal along with a hard copy of the item release forms. There is no removal assistance available. VEHICLES: Removal is by appointment ONLY on January 12th. The vehicles will have to be removed before building access to other items. SURPLUS LOTS: Removal is by appointment ONLY from January 12th - 22nd.
- The Commonwealth of PA will not provide any removal assistance to buyers including dismantling, moving, loading, providing tools, storage, clean-up, etc. Buyer is responsible for obtaining proper equipment and man power to load and transport items. All items purchased must be removed from location. Onsite disposal is prohibited.
- Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the auction date or specific removal deadline as listed, the item will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the Commonwealth of PA; unless otherwise noted in the Marketplace Terms & Conditions. All abandonments are non-refundable.
- PA DGS will not provide assistance to buyers with dismantling, moving, providing tools, storage or clean-up. Buyer is responsible for obtaining proper equipment to load and transport items. All items purchased must be removed from location. Onsite disposal is prohibited.
- Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
- Employees may not aid in the removal process.
- No exceptions will be considered.
