Buyer is responsible for all removal related requirements such as tools, manpower, equipment and loading of their item. ODOT employees will not assist with removal in any way.

You must call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup. Hours are Monday to Friday (8:00am - 2:00pm EST).
- Each item is sold AS IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Sales are final.
- Buyer must contact the ODOT employee listed and make an appointment for pick-up. Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the sale date will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the State of Ohio. All abandonments are non-refundable.
- Items auctioned are for pickup only.
- Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
- Employees may not aid in the removal process.
- No exceptions will be considered.
