The item(s) is/are sold strictly As-is, Where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer prior to bidding. No inquiries; interested Buyers are strongly encouraged to attend the public inspection date as listed to assess condition, operational status or other information.
Public Inspection Date: Thursday, February 6, 2020 (8:00AM to 2:00PM EST); No appointment needed, open to the public.
Location: PA Turnpike Commission - TIP Building, 2850 Turnpike Industrial Park, Middletown, PA 17057
Specific Removal Dates ONLY: Wednesday, February 19, 2020 and Thursday, February 20, 2020 (8:00AM to 2:00PM EST) both days. These are the ONLY removal dates available for this item.
Please bring a HARD COPY of your item release form to present at the time of removal.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is not an acceptable method of removal for any lot. There is a loading dock available and loading assistance.
PTC employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from purchasing any PTC item in this auction. Any PTC employee who attempts to purchase an item in this auction shall be subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment, and any bids by the PTC employees or their immediate family members shall be null and void.
