Sous faute d'observation des présentes conditions, le Vendeur pourrait refuser au conducteur de ramasser les articles achetés.

Aucune plateforme de chargement, rampe, ni aucun chariot élévateur n’est mis à disposition : seules des rampes de déchargement ou des remorques à rampe peuvent être utilisées pour enlever cet article. Le vendeur n’autorisera pas le chargement sur une remorque à plate-forme.
Le conducteur DOIT fournir une copie de Renonciation à l’Article d’IronPlanet pour le prendre en charge.
